The Health and Social Care Collaborative Skills Partnership (CSP) represents key stakeholders from the Leeds City Region and wider sector. It includes colleges, universities, industry bodies, partnerships and employers. The CSP members have a wealth of experience in workforce planning and training needs, they work closely with SMEs and education providers to guide and influence. This work is in line with the strategic objectives of ‘Let’s Talk Real Skills’ for Health and Social Care, preparing the sectors skills for the next 5-10 years. The CSP is designed to operate dynamically and can make effective decisions. It is guided by health and social care SMEs in the Leeds City Region, who are telling us their needs through skills planning sessions, focus groups and other engagement opportunities.
